The items in our store are traditional handcrafts that celebrate our rural heritage. Here are some samples of what you can expect to see in Grandpa's House.
One of the most popular items in Grandpa's House are Mother's Gingham Babies. She typically makes them in two sizes (8 to 10 Inches and 12 to 14 inches in height). Any prices shown are specific to the items shown.
We have, at times, created specific pieces for special needs and occasions. The "Charlotte Doll" to the left was made at the request of one of our customers. Her granddaughter loves Laura Ingalls Wilder's "Little House" books. Mother read the entries in our copy of "Little House in the Big Woods" and recreated the character Laura's favorite doll -- Charlotte. She was a hit!
